For furniture items, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a professional collection; for smaller homewares, follow the provided instructions to drop off at a local courier point.
Quality Assessment and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
